Description
Connections
Two superheroes who started off as massive douchebags, only really caring for themselves. They'd start off in rag tag groups of close allies before they all ended up taking part in government backed superhero groups (Guardians of the Globe and Freedom Force), until they end up face to face with death. After defying death (Rex miraculously recovering from and defeating the Lizard League and Pyro having been resurrected by Krakoa) they would start changing as people, growing into more caring and thoughtful individuals, while still maintaining a large part of their initial cocky personalities. Along with this character change they would end up in new super teams, no longer backed by the government (Rex and the other Guardians defectors making their own group, and Pyro joining Kitty's Marauders).
Their powers revolve around manipulation and they typically need to carry special gear around to be at their most effective (Rex's cylinders and Pyro's flamethrowers)
